What to expect:

Students will learn facets of customer service including:

  • What factors into a good (and bad!) customer service experience
  • How to communicate effectively and resolve conflict in difficult situations
  • Do’s and Dont’s of customer service
  • Attire, language, ‘being yourself’ vs being professional
  • Common customer issues and how to solve them.

Lecture & Discussion (75%)

Role-play & Customer Service Activities (25%)

Space/AV Requirements:

Space: This certification can be delivered in a regular classroom, library, or similar space.

AV requirements: Screen to hook up laptop, internet connection
