What to expect:

Students will learn facets of personal training as it relates to:

  • Power
  • Strength
  • Hypertrophy
  • Career paths, financial potential
  • Basic nutrition, including how to calculate caloric needs

Format:

Lecture & Discussion (50%)

Written and Interactive activities (50%)

Space/AV Requirements:

Space: This certification can be delivered in a regular classroom, library, or similar space. Alternatively it can be delivered in a gym or weight room setting.

AV requirements: Screen to hook up laptop, internet connection
